Cancellation Policy

All public event sales are final
Tickets for Restorative Friday, Design Your Future and other standard public Nesli TV events are non-refundable once purchased.
If you cannot attend
If you are unable to attend your selected event date, the ticket will not be refunded, credited or transferred to another date.
Late arrival and no-show
Late arrivals and no-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit. Because group experiences may begin on time, entry after a session begins may be limited if it would disrupt the group.
Weather and rescheduling
Outdoor events may be moved or rescheduled because of weather, beach conditions, safety concerns or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the replacement date.
If Nesli TV cancels
If Nesli TV cancels an event and does not provide a replacement date, you may choose either a refund of the ticket price or a full credit toward another eligible Nesli TV event.
Private experiences
Private Sound Bath and other custom-event cancellation and payment terms are stated in the applicable proposal, invoice or booking agreement. Those specific terms control for private bookings.
