1. Using Nesli TV
Nesli TV provides educational and self-reflection tools, wellness content, event information, private-experience inquiries and related services. By using this website or purchasing an event ticket, you agree to these Terms and any additional policy linked at checkout.
2. Wellness and educational content
Content and interactive tools are provided for general education, wellness and self-reflection. They are not medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, legal advice or emergency services. Numerology and similar reflective tools are offered as interpretive experiences, not as factual predictions or professional assessments.
3. Events and purchases
Event purchases are processed through Stripe. Prices, dates and availability may change before purchase. Your purchase is also subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Event Participation & Wellness Notice.
4. Private experiences and 1-on-1 inquiries
Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking or professional-client relationship. Private events and other custom services may be subject to a separate proposal, invoice, scope, cancellation policy or agreement. If a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that service.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Nesli TV owns or licenses the website design, text, branding, tools, graphics and original content. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, scrape, republish or commercially exploit substantial portions of the site without permission.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the services in a way that violates applicable law.
7. Third-party services
The site may rely on third-party providers such as Cloudflare, Stripe and GoHighLevel. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
8. Availability and changes
Features, tools, events and content may be modified, paused or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
9. Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of a particular result. Nesli TV is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site where such limitations are permitted by law.
